EQUIP
Services Directed at Immediate Needs
Services that support the family’s immediate needs, with a focus on the physical, social and emotional well-being of themselves and their baby.
Our Resource Center maintains an inventory of needed items, such as diapers, wipes, children’s lightly used or new clothing, formula, and infant equipment and supplies.
Infant and toddler library
Our Library has many books for the new parents on pregnancy and childhood development. In addition, children’s books are available both in the center and through a program with Friends of the Library. We connect our participants to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library so that they can obtain free books for their children up to age five.
EMPOWER
Coordination with Resources
Referrals and connection to community resources.
We have many community partners and resources for referrals to trained professionals. These include, but are not limited to:
- Housing
- Food
- Safety
- Healthcare
- Education and Career/College
- Childcare
- Mental and Social-emotional Health
